Equal parts excellent and disappointing
The location is fantastic, walking distance to attractions. Our room was well-maintained, offering unique surprises like treats for my granddaughter. The rooftop pool and spa amenities were good!
Inconsistent service was frustrating, especially during peak times. The dining options were overpriced and lacked variety, leaving us disappointed with the overall quality of breakfast and lunch offerings.

I loved the stay and will be back. Had such great 3 nights here. Booked triple room with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. The staff were affable, overall. As for me, the location was prime, not far from Danis restaurant. Plus, a vast pedestrianized public square was close by.

The staff was not particularly friendly.

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were not that friendly.

Beautiful architecture and luxurious decor set the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable stay. The hot tub was a highlight, though I wished the jets stayed on longer. Friendly staff were attentive, everything was to our liking. The food offered included delicious hot dogs that satisfied our cravings. The only downside was the cleanliness of the shower, which could use some attention, along with minor room maintenance issues. Still, the atmosphere made up for these flaws.

Dani restaurant serves up some good crepes, but the nearby Rosi La Loca Taberna had us raving about their tapas! The room's fine decor and the great gym.

Luxurious guest rooms were a highlight.
I was appalled by the service at the rooftop restaurant Dani. We waited two hours for our meal, and when it finally arrived, it was worse than airplane food! The prices were astronomical considering the terrible quality. I left feeling disappointed and ripped off after such a frustrating experience.
